The following categories of businesses and business practices are prohibited from using BttPay.com as a Merchant. Please understand that our underwriting banks has placed restrictions on us accepting merchants that deals with Prohibited Businesses.
The types of businesses listed below are respresentative, but not exhaustive to the sole discretion of BttPay.com, Black Tie Technology Ltd. We may include Merchandise and Services as advised by BttPay’s banking partners.
By registering with BttPay.com and accepting our Terms and Conditions, you are accepting and confirming that you will not use the Service to accept payments in connections to the below stated businesses, business activities or business practices.

Nasal snuff, Oral snuff, Weapons, Cigarette lighters of pistol or revolver shape, controlled drugs and psychotropic substances, Firecrackers
Physical distribution of obscene articles, publications and video tapes/discs.
Reproduction of copyright publications, software, video tapes, video compact discs, laser discs, records or cassettes
Seditious and treasonable materials
Drug paraphernalia, Online (virtual) pharmacies, Non-face to face prescription drug sales
Alcohol, any form with alcohol content
Counterfeit or unauthorized goods, replica etc.
Endangered species of wildlife and their by-products
|Adult Content||All sexually oriented or pornographic merchants including dating sites for the purpose of sex-dating. Sexually oriented toys and products|
|Online investments and credit services||
Check cashing, Currency exchanges, Pyramid or multi-level marketing distribution (pyramid schemes)
Collection agencies or firms involved in recovering/collecting past due receivable
Gambling, including Internet Gambling. Sports forecasting or odds making
|Intellectual Property Rights||
Copyrights without the proper authorization of rights holder, intellectual property rights or other Third Party rights, including by way of example the right to one’s own image, name and personal rights
Failure to comply with the above, can lead to termination of Merchant Account, and not limited to enforcement against in the Court of Law.
